SOLUTIONS

Ash’s main areas of focus are Team & Organizational Productivity, Organizational Communication, and Building Lasting Change. His consulting, workshops, and coaching pull from research across disciplines, including systems thinking, public health, international relations, neuroscience, conflict negotiation, and change theory. Ash helps organizations envision the way they want to work and the progress they need to make, maps routes for how to get there, and facilitates changes that are built to last.

TEAM & ORGANIZATIONAL productivity

Designed to help fast-moving teams understand their collective time and how to maximize what they can get done. This work addresses common technical challenges that hold back teams, like meetings and emails, as well as adaptive challenges, answering questions like "How do we make the most of our time?" and "How do we build outcome-driven systems organization-wide?"

All outcomes are designed to help teams take the next step in their productivity, bringing out the best ideas of the team in ways that are actionable.

ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION

Innovative, successful organizations take the good ideas of creative teams and team members and make them actionable. This happens when the links between and among team members are the most developed — allowing for information to seamlessly turn from ideas into action. Pulled from systems thinking and neuroscience, this body of work helps teams, leaders, and managers create cultures where challenging conversations are embraced, feedback flows productively, and the systems of communication are optimized so the best ideas are put into action. The result is a deliberately collaborative organization designed for innovation, action, and long-term growth.

BUILDING LASTING CHANGE

Change is hard. This work focuses on shifting mindsets, helping people better understand their thinking and how they can make lasting, impactful change. Teams and leaders conceptualize the changes they want to make and the systems and modes of thinking currently in place that are obstructing those changes. Through the work, members of the organization are given a new set of tools to understand their challenges and build solutions that last. Based on the Immunity to Change © work, the process reveals the "immune system" to change — what gets in the way of our changes — and develop new ways to think about change going forward.
